/ About
We don’t do takeaway.
We do cravings.
/ The Story
BRNX started with a simple problem: Melbourne West didn’t have a halal American-style diner that actually went hard. So we built one — in Deer Park, on Ballarat Road, run by people who obsess over crispy lace edges, cheese pulls, and sauces that do something.
Smashed burgers on a hot griddle. Loaded fries that need a fork. Hickory-smoked pizzas with triple cheese. Dessert pizzas with pistachio knafeh. Everything halal. No pork. No shortcuts.
We don’t talk about “culinary journeys.” We talk about whether the cheese pull holds for the second photo. That’s the standard.

Halal kitchen.
American attitude.
/ How we cook
Four rules. Zero compromises.
/ 01
Crispy edges over everything
If the smash doesn't develop crust, it doesn't leave the pass. Hot griddle, hard press, no cheating.
/ 02
Sauce should taste like something
Burger sauce, hot honey, spicy mayo — built in-house. None of that beige squeeze-bottle vibe.
/ 03
Halal isn't a compromise
Beef bacon. Beef salami. Beef chorizo. The American street-food playbook, run halal, no asterisks.
/ 04
Portions match the price tag
$10 smashed cheese burger. $17 loaded fries that feed two. Worth driving for, every time.
